Managing peritoneal dialysis at home requires constant organization, cleanliness, and preparation. Our Home Peritoneal Dialysis Organization Kit was created to support families as they navigate daily treatments independently and maintain a safe, functional care environment at home.
Our program includes delivery, setup, and later removal of the organization kit so it can be refreshed and shared with other families who may benefit from the same support and care.
*The kit does not include a peritoneal dialysis machine or medical supplies.
