Managing peritoneal dialysis at home requires constant organization, cleanliness, and preparation. Our Home Peritoneal Dialysis Organization Kit was created to support families as they navigate daily treatments independently and maintain a safe, functional care environment at home.
Our program includes delivery, setup, and later removal if the kit is no longer needed. However, families may keep any and all items.
*The kit does not include a peritoneal dialysis machine or medical supplies.
